Analysis of working conditions with a view to proposals for improving ergonomics at work stations in the plantation and in the factory. Administrative organization studies at the Financial and Accounting Department (DFC) of PALMCI Gain, not quantified but proposal for a flow-shop working model. Missions on the Integrated Agricultural Unit of Irobo (Grand-Lahou) for the optimization of collection from the Yocoboué and Cosrou poles to the Irobo’s POM. SIFCA missions to the Cavalla Rubber Corporation (CRC _ Liberian rubber subsidiary of the SIFCA group) on securing at cost 0 the production in the plantation: gain of US $ 80,000 or 40 million FCFA per year by the proposal of a diagram of Gilbreth.

Organizational studies (continuous observations, simmograms, flow diagram, determination of lead-time, etc.) on the dry zone of the Bettié rubber factory. These studies led to an optimization of costs and processes, in particular the productivity of the operators (no employee under my responsibility).
